We are conducting a user study to co-create the technology solutions with the target users. A user study is conducted with actual stakeholders of the product to gain more insights on their requirements and validate the features of the envisioned product. It follows a participatory approach to get an in-depth feedback and improvise the ideas and features.
A typical user study consists of in-depth interaction with stakeholders to generate user stories and use cases. The issues are identified and possible feature solutions are proposed. They study also incorporates creating wireframes and mockups to get quick feedback from participants on the feature ideas and validate our findings. The mockups are a great tool to help stakeholders gain clarity and also evolve their ideas.
